Do you accept insurance?

Do you offer medication management?

Yes, medication management is provided when clinically appropriate. Sindhia works collaboratively with patients to determine the best treatment approach for their individual needs.

Are services confidential?

Absolutely. All services are confidential and protected under HIPAA regulations. Your privacy and trust are our top priorities.

How often are follow-up visits scheduled?

Follow-ups are individualized based on treatment needs and progress. Typically, appointments are scheduled every 2-4 weeks, but this can be adjusted based on your response to treatment.

Do you offer telehealth services?

Yes, we offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. Telehealth visits provide convenient access to care from the comfort of your home while maintaining the same quality of service.

How long is the first appointment?

The initial psychiatric evaluation typically lasts 60-90 minutes. This comprehensive assessment allows us to understand your history, symptoms, and goals to develop an effective treatment plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept insurance and self-pay options. For cash payment: Initial psychiatric evaluation is $150, and follow-up visits are $120. Payment is expected at the time of service.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

What should I do in a mental health emergency?

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For crisis support, call 211 (United Way Infoline) to connect with local services, including mobile crisis teams.

Are new patients currently being accepted?

Yes! We are currently accepting new patients. We welcome individuals seeking compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive environment.

What languages are services offered in?

Services are available in English, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu to better support diverse populations and ensure comfortable communication.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid ID, insurance card (if applicable), list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. It's also helpful to prepare a brief summary of your concerns and treatment goals.
